Adaobi Oni-Egboma is an Associate at Kenna Partners, a leading corporate and commercial firm in Lagos, Nigeria.
She currently heads the firm’s Information and Communications Technology Practice Unit where she provides legal advisory services to local and international clients across various sectors of the economy particularly concerning technology law, regulatory compliance, and corporate governance. In addition, she is actively involved in the firm’s corporate and commercial unit where she offers critical legal and commercial advisory to clients on various commercial transactions, data protection, data privacy and development related issues.
She has a Bachelor of Law (LL. B) honours from the University of Leicester, United Kingdom and a Masters in African Development from the London School of Economics and Political Science, United Kingdom.
She has written numerous publications which touch on legal and policy considerations with respect to the digital ecosystem in Nigeria.
