Oyewole Sarumi is a Professor of Strategic Leadership and Digital Transformation at Prowess University, Delaware, US, and an Adjunct Professor at ICLED Business School, Lekki, Lagos. He also serves as a visiting professor at the International School of Management, Lagos.
A certified management consultant, business analyst, and ICF-certified coach and trainer, Dr. Sarumi leads various leadership modules and has authored numerous research papers on leadership, strategy, entrepreneurship, and AI in digital transformation. He consults for major companies across diverse sectors on digital transformation to streamline processes, improve
efficiency and productivity.
He has conducted CPD sessions for organizations and professional bodies like NNPC and major subsidiaries, NIM, SEA, CIPDM, CIPMN, and NASME, among others. With extensive experience mentoring and coaching entrepreneurs across sectors such as agriculture, finance, education, and manufacturing etc., Dr. Sarumi has significantly contributed to enterprise development.
As Registrar of the Chartered Institute of Public Diplomacy and Management (CIPDM), he edits the International Journal of Public Diplomacy and Management (IJPDM) and writes study packs for the Chartered Institute of Personnel Management (CIPM).
