Cynthia is a Senior Investment Associate at E3 Capital with a passion for pioneering, scaling and sustaining tech-driven enterprises across emerging markets. She brings years of experience across venture capital, management consulting and financial advisory in SSA, with expertise spanning renewable energy, e-mobility, fintech, agriculture and energy efficiency.

At E3 Capital, Cynthia is responsible for managing deal flow, deal evaluation and execution, and portfolio management. Prior to E3, Cynthia spent several years in Management Consulting and Financial Advisory supporting entrepreneurs through pivotal growth stages at organizations such as Onafriq, Open Capital Advisors and Endeavor Kenya.
