Oloruntobi Opawoye is a seasoned advocate and the Head of the Technology Disputes Practice at Jackson, Etti & Edu. A longstanding member of the firm’s Technology team, she has built a strong reputation in intellectual property and dispute resolution, handling complex legal challenges in the fast-evolving digital economy.
As the Head of the Technology Litigation Practice, Oloruntobi continues to play a pivotal role in advising and representing clients in high-stakes litigation and alternative dispute resolution (ADR) matters. Her expertise spans internet and e-commerce disputes, fintech disputes, telecommunication disputes, digital/social media disputes, software and hardware disputes, data protection/privacy disputes, and more.
