I am a visionary Ethiopian entrepreneur passionate about driving change in economic Empowerment through education, entrepreneurship, and
investment development. Holding a BSc in Applied Chemistry, an MBA, and various certifications on leadership, Policy Advocacy, AI,
Sustablity, and International Relations, I empower young people through knowledge sharing, technology transfer, market access, networking,
and growth strategies.
● In 2019, I founded Aim View General Educational Consultancy to strengthen school systems. I also established the nonprofit Minimum
Learning Competency Ethiopia (MLCE) to elevate STEM education and global citizenship. Inspired by these experiences, I launched the
Ethiopian Youth Entrepreneurs Association (EYEA) by 2020; to support young entrepreneurs by creating enabling ecosystem to exercise their
potential.
● I hold key positions in the global entrepreneurial sphere. Currently, I serve as a Founding Board Member of the International Alliance of
Youth Entrepreneurs Association (IAYEA) and Chairperson of the Alliance of African Youth Entrepreneurs Association. These positions enable me to foster connections and contribute to youth entrepreneurship initiatives in Africa and internationally.Through motivational speaking engagements and participation in panel discussions, I empower young minds and contribute to fostering a thriving entrepreneurial
ecosystem. I travelled more than 20 countries and Found EYEA internationally at China (Beijing and Changsha), Nordic-Sweden (Stockholm), UAE (Abu Dhabi) and Saudi Arabia (Riyadh) with the support of Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Ethiopia.

● I have been recognized for my dedication and achievements through prestigious accolades, including the Startup Ecosystem Builder Award and
the Young African Women’s Leadership Award. As a speaker, mentor, and panelist, I actively participate in global, continental, and national
forums to inspire and empower young entrepreneurs. As a co-founder and Managing Partner of Godu Group Trade and Investment, I extend
my expertise to bridge resource gaps for business globally. My experience as a Startup Coach and Mentor for youth-led businesses across
Africa equips me with the skills necessary to guide the next generation of entrepreneurs effectively.
